Yes, your template can be 100% personalized, if you choose the “Business” package, or “Enterprise” package.
- When choosing the Pro package, you will receive comprehensive materials for LianaMailer's onboarding: extensive support through a support site, onboarding videos, and materials.
- With the Business package, our experts will assist you in the tool's implementation through an online meeting. A dedicated customer success manager will help you make the most of all Liana®Cloud features, and you will also have access to a comprehensive support site.
- Opting for the Enterprise package means our experts will handle the implementation at your premises. A project manager will ensure the successful execution of your projects, and a dedicated customer success manager will assist you in utilizing all Liana®Cloud features. The extensive help center provides quick answers to any questions you may have.
The onboarding process includes an initial meeting and a walkthrough of the tool for our Business and Enterprise customers to ensure a seamless start. After using the tool for a while, we'll check in to make sure everything is going as expected. If needed, we'll schedule a meeting to address any questions or areas where you need assistance. Finally, the Customer Success Manager will transition to another project, and moving forward, your dedicated Account Manager will be there to assist you.
