Upgraded email marketing tool
Swiss-Belhotel has been using LianaMailer since 2019. Ayu Kartika Sari, the Group Manager for Digital Marketing for Swiss-Belhotel International is handling email marketing for the group’s hotel properties globally. She is using the solution for email campaigns and internal newsletters.
Their marketing team previously used a free email marketing tool that was included in their CMS tool. The problem with the previous tool was that it only focused on the website cms so the usability and features were limited with very basic functionalities.
The solution didn’t include reporting or analytics so the email campaigns were tracked and reports created in a separate tool. It was also not possible to clean up the email marketing database with the tool.
