The integration supports both Person and Company objects.

Imported data includes:

• Phone number (for SMS communication)
• crm_id and company_id
• Other optional custom fields as needed

List imports can be scheduled automatically in Lime CRM — for example, daily or weekly — ensuring your data stays current without manual updates.

Export to Lime CRM

After campaigns have been sent from LianaAutomation, the integration sends key engagement data back to Lime CRM, including:
