Email Campaigns & Landing Pages for Bulldozer Group

Bulldozer Group is a restaurant chain specialized in bringing international luxury restaurant brands to Dubai. The restaurants within the group include iconic brands, such as Cipriani, Novikov, and Scalini.

Challenge

The main challenge Bulldozer Group faced at its venues was collecting an organic customer database and the ability to directly communicate with diners whilst promote restaurants' offerings with a personalized touch.

Solution

We provided the Group with our email marketing solution. As an add-on, the client also enjoys using a custom landing page module that integrates with their Wi-Fi. This way diners can enjoy free Wi-Fi, while Bulldozer is collecting an organic database of walk-in customers through the landing page module.

Bulldozer Group can then re-market these customers with email campaigns about new offers, menus or market their presence on a local food delivery service Zomato.

Results

In a matter of several months, Bulldozer Group managed to collect over 1,000 new emails by integrating our email marketing solution with the venue Wi-Fi. The results of the remarketing email campaigns were great:

  • Average open ratio: 17%

  • Increase in active readers by 18%

  • Increase in online orders by 4%
