Bulldozer Group is a restaurant chain specialized in bringing international luxury restaurant brands to Dubai. The restaurants within the group include iconic brands, such as Cipriani, Novikov, and Scalini.
The main challenge Bulldozer Group faced at its venues was collecting an organic customer database and the ability to directly communicate with diners whilst promote restaurants' offerings with a personalized touch.
We provided the Group with our email marketing solution. As an add-on, the client also enjoys using a custom landing page module that integrates with their Wi-Fi. This way diners can enjoy free Wi-Fi, while Bulldozer is collecting an organic database of walk-in customers through the landing page module.
Bulldozer Group can then re-market these customers with email campaigns about new offers, menus or market their presence on a local food delivery service Zomato.
